I love maternity photography so much. When I was pregnant I hated having my picture taken but now more then anything wish I could go back in time and have it done. Women are so beautiful at this stage even if they don’t feel it. I urge you if you are considering it….please have it done! you won;t regret it.  Welcome to my monthly edition of 11 on 11…er 13 on 13….er 20 on 13….ahhhhhh… who counting anyway??? I will be over sharing a bit becaue if you remember my blog post last month… I was in Disney World. This trip really was magical and I have so many pictures that I love not because they are “perfect” but they are perfect to me. At the end of this trip all we have left is some amazing memories and these pictures that I hope my kids will cherish forever. I hope you enjoy a sneak peek inside my Walt Disney World Vacation! Out first day was the Magic Kingdom. This picture was taken minutes after we walked in to the park.
Just a cute photo of my youngest with some pretty light. At the point it was 30 degrees and freezing back in Pittsburgh so this light mixed with green grass had me in a good mood!

Parker found this little spot to cool of in. He ripped of his clothes (we even tried to go in his birthday suit) and had some fun!
It was such a blessing to be able to share this trip with my parents. They were such a help and I love that they have these memories too!
I remember the electrical light parade when I was a kid so I was so excited to watch my kids faces in amazement.
Day 2 we headed over to the Animal Kingdom. It was a nice break from a very busy day the day before. I didn’t get my camera out as much but I did manage to get a few.
Day 3 at the parks. Disney Hollywood Studios.
This was one of the coolest things. My boys went on stage to battle Darth Vader and use the force against them. Truly something they’ll never forget.
And the last day at Epcot!

The last night the boys put on their new shirts and posed for me in the beautiful Florida golden sun.

Okay now onto to Anja Photography.  I love these Taryn! My 5 year old would be so jealous!!! Wowzers!! I could just sit and look at these forever! What a special time that was captured so beautifully!!! Love love love!!!! LOVE! TARYN…so good. It is incredibly hard to get good photos at Dinseyland. I know because I have tried. With all the crowds and distractions…but you did it. Love these and seriously will be TREASURES for years to come! sigh. Gracious these are magical. First of all, hello?! These are like fabulous pictures from an amusement park! Like, that’s doesn’t happen. Mine are always crappy snapshots. I had to look through like 4 times and still don’t think I could choose a favorite. Such fun memories and gorgeous, gorgeous images. LOVE! What gorgeous, gorgeous memories you captured so beautifully! They boys look like they had the most amazing time ever. What just happened? This did. I don’t even know how to tell you how much I love these to make you understand! I actually looked at them several times today because I just can’t get them out of my head! And I’m so happy there were a few extras because I did NOT want them to end!! Now that I know Disney can be captured like this I need to go back!! Oh so fab, my friend. So fab. I love the photos, so happy you had a great time!! Love! I want to go back!! Looks like you had a great time. Looks like such a great vacation!!! Oh my gosh I feel like I went with you!! I LOVE these Taryn!! I had the best time hanging out with this family…I mean how great does it get playing with two adorable babies all day. Aren’t they the cutest little brother-sister duo??
 These are amazingly gorgeous!!! ah-mazing. every single one. <3 Oh, I am loving the first session on the new blog design. These two are beyond adorable! Every image makes me smile! OH! Oh, love those captures. Such adorable little babies. aww, they are amazing. I want teeny tiny ones again What gorgeous little babies! I love how you photographed them. That first one of the two of them in the crib is so, so sweet! LOVE these, so soft and pretty and such cute little babies and a beautiful home. You did such a fabulous job.
A few months ago I was on Facebook and I saw someone post about a contest to win a custom designed blogsite. I entered by creating a pin board (see can see it here) on Pinterest. If you know me I have never won anything in my life. I could put 500 tickets into a raffle basket with only 1 other person putting 1 ticket in to the basket and I still wouldn’t win. Thats okay because I am lucky in love, life, family, and friends. That’s where my winning comes into place. Lucky for me this wasn’t ”draw a random number from all the entrants” but a “vote for your favorite pin board”. I’m not saying my pin board wasn’t rock star amazing because lets be honest…it was. BUT I also have a ton of amazing family, friends and fans of Blu Hippo that voted and shared so that I could win! YAY!!! So now onto working with Gloria from Antlerberry. The next morning I wake up after winning and I already have an email from her congratulating me and telling me what the time frame is. I was shocked to have heard from her already. She did everything according to her timeline….never late and always over delivering. Her first round designs blew me away making it hard for me to decide. Once I decided I had a few changes and the next time… no changes. She listened to me, took the time to get to know who I am and because of that you really are looking at MY DREAM BLOGSITE. Gina - I whole heartedly agree with your opening statement. It is one of the most beautiful stages in a woman’s life and it should be captured!
